Joy to the world
What happens when everyone is singing joy to the world and we are having a hard day. We all have days that seem very difficult and hard, I had one yesterday and I has so many plans and things to work on and I had to push through. As my daily journal refers to we may feel like we're standing in the ocean getting hit by wave after wave, never able to get a full breath. At times it's needed or worth it to stay in the fray and work our way through. Other times, the best idea is to go home and take the breath we need in order to carry on and other times eat cookies and milk and have a good night sleep.
If the only choice is to get through it, a hard day can be a great coach. At the end, the day will eventually be gone and we can look back on it, taking pride in the resilience and courage that it took for us to hold our ground. Trust your instincts as you're deciding whether to work through it or take a timely retreat to ensure a positive outcome. Getting head space is needed to regroup and rethink with perspective. Once we breath and re balanced, we will be able to determine our next move. Trust the universe and your hard work, things have a perfect order, breath and find the strength to move forward, close your eyes and find your inner peace, I assure you that things will be OK. What we see as hardships today is what the universe sends us as transitions or opportunities. As our attitude changes for the better, our actions and the circumstances will follow suit. Maybe today is a good day for hot chocolate and a warm blanket and today it will be another day.
