Society and its institutions have programmed us to judge. Unfortunately, most of us judge ourselves and others harshly. If we are committed to Self-Acceptance and Wellbeing as the first step to living a life of abundance we cannot be trapped nor afford judgement of any kind. Judgement is a very negative practice and brings an avalanche of bad energy for ourselves and our surroundings. Judgement is like Complaining, it may feel good in the instant we do it but there is nothing good coming out from it. Focus on celebrating individuality and different pathways as our way to reach our potential. Be kind to yourself and others.
