Working intentionally on my wellbeing has been quite intense. It is not only about being mindful and present but also about finding as many tools as possible to help me stay on track. From meditations, to books, to people it takes a lot of discipline. I have also my Daily Meditation Courses and in one of them it focuses on the concept of Generosity. Generosity isn’t just about giving money. Giving ourselves attention and tender loving care acts that affirm that we are special, valuable people. According to my workshop, when we look for ways to be generous with ourselves we can expect our generosity to be reflected back to us. This not as a reciprocal expectation but a vibration we send out to the Universe which returns right back at us. Be generous with others and start with yourself.
